Tendai Nhamo CFA

Tendai leads the Imara Corporate Finance team. She joined Imara in 2021 as a Senior Manager, following a 14-year tenure at KPMG, where she began her career. With over 17 years of experience in transaction advisory services within Zimbabwe’s capital markets and other economic sectors, Tendai is a trusted advisor. She has extensive expertise in mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, company valuations, financial due diligence reviews, regulatory reporting, and equity capital markets transactions.

Tendai is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Business Studies Honours Degree in Finance and Banking from the University of Zimbabwe. She also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Taxation from the Zimbabwe Institute of Tax Accountants.
