• Imara Fiduciary has no financial relations with banks and financial institutions so there is no conflict of interest or competition for transaction business in discharging our role as Security Trustee.
• Given its special expertise, Imara Fiduciary can add value to a syndication by advising on appropriate and adequate security. It will ensure that standard type bonds, hypothecations and related security documents, routinely generated by conveyancers, are appropriately constructed for the proposed banking relationship.
• Every Investor has the full face amount of their principal investment registered in their favour at the Deeds Office with a charge on the land and other assets providing their collateral.
• The Syndicated Bond investment product Imara Fiduciary provides focuses on financing large commercial projects with well-established and successful developers. Imara’s Syndicated Participation Security product provides developers with the capital they need to commence large building projects. This area of investment was formerly only available to large investors or financial institutions,
  Imara’s product allows retail customers and smaller pools of liquidity to be accessed who can now participate in the lucrative area of project financing.
• The Imara Syndicated Bond creates a single entry point to the investment and security structure in turn assisting simple entry to multiple new participants and simple exit to the secured corporate debt market.
• Investors, particularly foreign Investors benefit from a comparatively high rate of return that is fixed within the investment and the Investor can see the physical site where his or her investment dollars are at work.
• Given that security is locally registered in favour of a locally domiciled Bond Holding Company, offshore Investors can be accommodated with limited bureaucratic compliance issues.
• Executable security: In the event of default, and subject to the terms of the security sharing agreement, security is independently prosecuted by IFID, on a nondiscretionary basis, with the requisite in house skills. Distribution of security proceeds is made by IFID in accordance with the provisions of the Security Sharing/Inter-creditor Agreement
• Imara Fiduciary has audited lock up and key control systems. Physical title deeds, mortgage bonds, hypothecations, cessions etcetera and all related security and syndicate documentation are held in one place conveniently accessible to all authorised syndicate representatives. However, Imara Fiduciary maintains robust information barriers with regard to proprietary or confidential information relating to each parties bilateral lending relationship.
