Rufaro Maunze-Bhebhe

Rufaro is a seasoned business leader with 25 years of experience with several global organizations and sectors. Her expertise includes banking & financial services, socioeconomic development, executive search, impact investment, strategy, human capital development, consulting and advisory. She has also lived and worked in multiple countries, cultural settings across several continents.

Rufaro is passionate about developing people and the leader within. She has trained & coached leaders and leadership teams through change/ business transitions, in dealing with group dynamics, use of self, and resilience in turbulent and crisis environments.

She graduated with both a Specialized Masters’ [MSc] in Coaching & Change Leadership from HEC Paris & Oxford SAID Business Schools and a Masters’ in Development Finance from Stellenbosch Business School and also holds a Certificate in impact Investing from Oxford SAID Business School. She is also a qualified Chartered Accountant.

Rufaro is also a certified executive coach with Bailey Balfour Singapore, a systemic team coach (Peter Hawkins 5 Disciplines Model for Team Coaching), an accredited member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and a certified Assessor and Coach for CORETM. Her firm Berachah Global is one of the very few African based Authorized Partners of Everything DiSC® and the Five Behaviors®. DiSC is the leading tool used by more than 45 million people globally, to improve work productivity, EQ, team effectiveness, group dynamics and communication.

She sits as a non-executive director on a listed diversified Agribusiness and a specialist Fiduciary Financial Services company in addition to serving as a volunteer Trustee and Board member on a number of not for profits in the women empowerment and conservation and environmental restoration space.
