Imara Capital Zimbabwe (Private) Limited (“Imara Capital”) is an independent investment services group that has a long history and a strong reputation in the Zimbabwe financial services sector. As an associate of Imara Holdings Limited, Imara Capital has been intimately involved in the formation, establishment, growth and development of African stock markets, in particular those of the SADC region, namely the Swaziland Stock Exchange (“SSE”) , the Botswana Stock Exchange (“BSE”), the Malawi Stock Exchange (“MSE”), the Victoria Falls Stock Exchange (“VFEX”) and the Zimbabwe Stock Exchange (“ZSE”).

Imara Capital is majority (52%) owned by Zimbabwean management and staff, and 48% by Mauritius based Imara Holdings Limited.
