It is registered by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Zimbabwe as a Securities and Investment Advisor under registration number SECZ4512V to provide corporate advisory services.
The company has unparalleled experience in the local and regional capital markets, having advised a large number of major corporations and governments on capital markets, disposal, restructurings and privatisation transactions. In providing its financial advisory and capital raising services, Imara leverages on the professional contacts, experience, skills and expertise across in the Imara associate offices in Johannesburg, Gaborone, Blantyre and Lusaka.
