After rising through the ranks at Ernst & Young, Beaullah joined Fleming Asset Management (Pvt) Ltd taking on the role of back office manager. In 2003 when Fleming Asset Management was renamed Imara Asset Management Zimbabwe (Pvt) Ltd and then merged with Temple Asset Management (Pvt) Ltd. Beaullah became the director responsible for administration of the merged entity; a role she has excelled in.
